Saturday afternoon for 6 weeks starting Saturday April 6th, 2024 each week on Zoom at 2pm (EST).

In this 6 week course we will learn:

Wu Ming Qigong system. This form of Qigong is a full system that gets to the root cause of imbalances.

Eating for Healing plan.  This recommended eating plan will give your body the support and energy it needs to rebalance itself.

Five Element Consciousness Theory.  This is an ancient map used to understand your body’s messages so you can get to the root cause of your imbalances.

Herbal Supplements are optional.  Grand Master Nan Lu as developed a unique formula of herbal supplements to help support the body.

Dragon’s Way Qigong® –  In this ongoing course,  10 select Wu Ming Qigong movements are taught. Along with learning the movements you will learn to listen to what your body is telling you, it’s messages. We will also engage in discussions about Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Five Element Theory that may give you a whole new perspective and understanding about why you may have food cravings, surging emotions, various discomforts, weight challenges and/or blood test results that are not where you would like them to be.
